IARP DISPLAY CASES @SIRHA2025: THE ANSWER FOR PERFECT ICE CREAM AT ANY TEMPERATURE

Refrigerated display cases by Iarp, a brand of the Epta Group specializing in the design of refrigerated furniture with built-in units for the Food&Beverage and Ho.Re.Ca sectors, hold the secrets to perfect ice cream at any temperature. They were on display in Lyon at the 22nd edition of SIRHA - the International Trade Show for Catering, Hospitality, and Food.

This trade show, a key event for the Foodservice and Hospitality industries, achieved unprecedented success this year, with over 250,000 attendees, 800 new solutions presented for the sector, and 2,300 exhibitors. The edition focused on sustainability and digitization, values long shared by Epta: the increasingly eco-responsible management of resources and the reduction of the overall carbon footprint of the show are aligned with the strengthening of the Sirha Food App, designed to create a digital network among industry players.

IARP INNOVATION ON DISPLAY

The most innovative solutions by Iarp dedicated to preserving the unique flavors of this ancient sweet stood out in the exhibition spaces of Erhard Patissier Glacier, Glace des Alpes, La Compagnie des Desserts and Coup de Pates,  leaders in the production and sale of artisanal ice cream and strategic partners of Epta.

Absolute novelty on show was the Delight 7 Lite plug-in display case from the Cool Emotions line, which was presented to the market for the first time in climate class 5, in a new enhanced version to ensure extraordinary performance and an enjoyable refreshing experience even in countries with summer heatwaves, with external temperatures reaching up to 40°C and humidity levels of 40%.

This model not only preserves the taste of freshly churned ice cream even in the hottest climates but also features a customizable and attractive aesthetic: the solution can easily transform into an iconic Gelato Cart, with a mock wheel and a canopy cover inspired by traditional ice cream carts, inviting consumers to enjoy a sweet, refreshing experience.

@SIRHA2025, French pastry masters once again relied on Iarp technologies: from the Delight 18 serve-over display case, with 18 tubs and energy class C, to the Glee X Slim Nv and Still Slim vertical plug-ins, designed for packaged ice cream and beverages. Both models are ideal for smaller sales spaces and venues such as ice cream parlors and pastry shops, combining minimal footprint with high internal loading capacity.

With these installations, Iarp once again demonstrates its leadership in innovation and its key role in the recipe for success for the most discerning gelato makers.
